DISTONIA
La comunicazione diventa distonica quando due interlocutori non riescono a creare feeling e fiducia (vedi Rapport) in quanto utilizzano un sistema rappresentazionale primario (vedi) differente oppure emettono dei messaggi incongruenti (vedi Incongruenza)
DOMANDE
Il potere delle domande ci permette di conoscere ed approfondire il più possibile il reale significato delle parole che l'interlocutore sta usando per comunicarci qualcosa.
Infatti vi sono parole nel linguaggio italiano che sono particolarmente ambigue e ci impediscono quindi di capire cosa realmente "intende" il nostro interlocutore quanto le usa.
